Alliance” -Well-Being for Virginia Communities (Formerly Coalition for Healthy Virginia Communities) is the umbrella organization created to unify and strengthen Prevention Alliances in the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck region in their continuing efforts to prevent substance use (alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs), violence, school failure, juvenile delinquency, and teen pregnancy while promoting healthy and safe communities.

-The mission of the MPNN CSB Prevention, Health & Wellness is to actively promote the development of healthy and resilient individuals and communities by:

-Empowering them to prevent alcohol, tobacco, and drug use, child neglect & abuse, school failure, juvenile delinquency, violence.

-Building skills to develop and identify resources.

-Fostering cohesiveness through programs that teach clear and consistent standards of behavior.

-Offering support in managing stress, conflict, and crisis

-Implementing prevention-focused coalitions and programs.

-Evaluating all services and programs.
